Volunteer Roles

Stewarding
Help manage audience flow, maintain safety, and support the smooth running of outdoor and indoor spaces.
Ticketing & Entry
Assist with checking tickets and wristbands at venue entrances, welcoming guests with a friendly face.
Assisting at Venues
Support the setup and running of venue spaces including seating arrangements, signage, and general coordination.
Assisting Performers
Help artists with arrival, set-up, and transitions to ensure they have what they need to perform smoothly.

Are you a vendor or trader interested in being part of the vibrant Brecon Jazz Festival 2026? Each year, the festival attracts thousands of visitors from all over the UK and beyond, creating a lively marketplace atmosphere in the heart of Brecon. Brecon Jazz Festival has applied to Powys county council to close the road in the town centre over the weekend to create the vibrant fun filled outside festival experience the festival is famous for. We’re excited to welcome a variety of traders offering unique products, delicious food and drink, and artisan crafts that enhance the festival experience for our attendees.
